  13.   neuralnet.library is an amiga shared library. it provides a
  14.   lean and simple programming interface for the use of neural
  15.   networks.
  16.   
  17.   neuralnet.library allows creation of backpropagation networks.
  18.   this is one of the simplest and most common network types.
  19.   
  20.   there are many possible applications: use it for optical
  21.   recognition, mouse-movement detection, analysis of complex
  22.   number series, result predictions, and 'intelligent'
  23.   user interaction.

  25.   keep in mind that the library only provides the general
  26.   implementation of backpropagation networks. the most complex
  27.   and demanding part of the work is to parametrize the input
  28.   and output. neural networks require intellectual assistance.

  30.   this package contains a simple manual that covers some of the
  31.   basic theory and how to use the library in daily applications.
